Confirmation of Age
You must be 21 to purchase tobacco products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require identification. In accordance with state and federal law we reserve the right to use 3rd party age verification systems. We may also require you to present documentation necessary to confirm your age. This means you will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address.
Customer and Order Validation
For our protection, as well as the protection of customers and credit card holders, orders are subject to manual review. One of our representatives may call the customer to verify the information provided as part of the order. A delay or cancellation of an order may occur if we are unable to reach a customer or if any information is not correct. Cuban Crafters reserves the right to cancel any order and return the funds paid or reverse any charges. All information provided must match the verification systems.
Any order discrepancy or damage claim must be reported to us within five calendar days from the date the order is received.
Cuban Crafters is not responsible for any damage caused during shipment once deliver confirmation has been made. Damages during delivery must be handled with the carrier. All shipments are made with delivery confirmation.
Your credit card will be processed upon the placement of the order and all orders are shipped for in-stock merchandise within one to three business days. If for any reason a charge is made and the order cannot be shipped within the timeframe, you will be notified to be offered an alternative or the charge will be reversed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for the carrier.

Returns
Prior to returning any product, you must contact us to make arrangements for the return. Returns must be made within fifteen days of the receipt of the order. Any return for refund or exchange must be made within the fifteen-day timeframe and the product being returned must be returned in the original condition and with the original packaging. Any return whether for refund or exchange will be less the shipping costs, unless the order is not conforming to the order that was placed. Returns for a refund will also be subject to a fifteen percent restocking charge.
Sales Tax
Depending upon state and governmental requirements sales tax may be added on your order.
Discount Codes
Cuban Crafters at times will use discount and promotional codes to enable discounts. These codes may not be available on all products. Some of our suppliers also preclude the authority to allow their products to be sold at discounts.
License to Use Website
Unless otherwise stated, Cuban Crafters and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
